El Graner is the new preparation room of Marcel Puigmal’s family-run butchery. 200m2 of surface in the heart of Alt Empordà, equipped with the latest technology and, needless to say, counting on the most skilful professionals.

El Graner elaborates high quality homemade deli meats. What used to be a barn to store feed for livestock is since 2005 a preparation room which gathers the best conditions to get a wide selection of cooked and air-dried deli meats elaborated with the most reliable meat.

The family experience in this sector dates back to 21 years ago, when the former preparation room used to be attached to the butchery, which is currently located in 22, Marignane Avenue in Figueres. With the opening of this new space and the commodity which it represents for daily work, El Graner has optimized the production process of all deli meats they elaborate.
