Se trata de la sopa de tomate con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elgraner.net\/es\/p\/longaniza\/\">longaniza<\/a> y dados de pan (picatostes). Servida fr\u00eda, es excelente y una delicia para el paladar.<\/p>\n<h2>ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Conseguid un pu\u00f1ado de tomate buenos y maduros (si ten\u00e9is huerto, \u00a1ya lo sab\u00e9is!). Hacedles una peque\u00f1a cruz en el culo con un cuchillo y, uno por uno, cocedlos 15 segundos en agua hirviendo. Seguidamente, enfriadlos r\u00e1pidamente con agua. El objetivo es que no se cuezan y que se les pueda retirar la piel f\u00e1cilmente. Peladlos, cortadlos por la mitad y vaciadlos de semillas. Entonces, trituradlos hasta que queden hechos una sopa. Ponedlos a enfriar en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Coged la longaniza y quitadle la tripa. Cortadla a dados peque\u00f1os, del tama\u00f1o de los picatostes, o incluso m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Si no ten\u00e9is picatostes, pod\u00e9is coger costra de pan, cortarla en peque\u00f1os pedazos, fre\u00edrla y secarle el exceso de aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Lo mezcl\u00e1is todo, con un poco de sal y aceite, \u00a1y ya lo pod\u00e9is servir!
